You have a full 30 days to try FreshStore for free. If you are not satisfied with the product or have some questions we have an expert support team waiting and read for you to achieve your goals.
If you are not yet seeing traffic or commissions from your store, we recommend patience and consistent actions. Remember to use the wealth of knowledge in our training guides, the members mastermind Facebook group, and our support team to help you achieve your goals.
We are committed to helping you achieve your goals and our support team will always offer to help you out.
We may ask your reason for requesting a refund so that we can offer you help or an alternative. We have many members who continued their membership once we were able to address their concerns and answer their questions.
If you prefer not to give a reason for a refund, that is absolutely fine, and it does not affect your refund.
In the event of a refund, your account will be closed immediately. The websites and stores in your account will be taken offline and scheduled for deletion.
We do not keep any backups of refunded accounts and any data will be non-recoverable within 24 hours of your account closing.
Please ensure you have backups and exports of all your data before confirming your refund in order to avoid data loss.
You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the first payment of your FreshStore package. Package upgrades, package downgrades and subsequent recurring payments are not eligible for a refund.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
We do not offer refunds to members that have broken our Terms of Service as outlined on this website. Any breaches of our Terms of Service invalidates our refund policy and any right to a refund.
Some addons, other products or services offered by FreshStore and our parent company Fresh Labs may not be refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
If our team imports multiple stores or WordPress websites into your FreshStore account this may end your refund period. This is due to the manual work involved. We will always inform you and get your consent before starting any imports if this is the case.
Our refund policy for a specific product or service can be found on the order page for that product or service.
In the event that there are no details about a refund policy on the order page, the product or service is non-refundable.
Third party products and services recommended by FreshStore are not covered in this refund policy.
Please contact our support team about a refund or payment dispute before opening a Chargeback or PayPal dispute. We will always be able to resolve your refund request directly.
Opening a Chargeback or a PayPal dispute will delay your refund by at least 30 days. FreshStore has no control over the speed of disputes being processed and the money may be locked up for a long period of time.
Opening a Chargeback or a PayPal dispute will automatically waive your right to a refund in all circumstances. This is due to the reputation damage and costs incurred by FreshStore when a dispute or chargeback is placed.
